Delivery times

The delivery times below are only provided for information purposes according to provision and transport possibilities within the control of Agripp..

Delivery times vary according to stock availability. Delivery times from the date of receipt of payment of the order..

For all orders within the EU :

roducts in stock : within 7 days
roducts in production : within 10 – 14 days according to size of the order.

For all orders outside the EU :

products in stock : 10 days
products in production : 21 days

Tips : to keep delivery times to a minimum, do not specify a colour at time or ordering.

Delivery address

When you validate your order, you can enter a delivery address that is different to your invoicing address. This will enable you, for example, to receive your package at your workplace…Or to send a surprise gift to a friend or relative.

Delivery costs

Postage and package is covered by Agripp sprl upwards of a minimum order (read the terms for delivery costs)
For orders less than 400, 000 Euros inclusive of all tax, transport costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the package, according to current prices by a private courrier.
Transport costs include a postage and packaging fee. When you place your order, the costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
transport costs are categorised according to the following criterias :
- delivery to Belgium
- delivery within Europe to a member country of the Economic and Monetary Union
- delivery within Europe to a country not a member of the Economic and Monetary Union
- delivery to other international destinations

In the case of delivery to an EMU member country, you will not be required to pay customs charges or additional import taxes. You will only have to pay the Belgian VAT included in the price (except commercial customers in possession of an intracommunitary VAT number).

Deliveries to Switzerland or a country outside the EMU, do not incur Belgian VAT charges, but you will be required to pay customs charges and/ or import taxes currently in force in your country, at the time of delivery or your order. These costs are calculated based on the destination country and by the commercial value of the order (do not hesistate to contact your national customs and tax department for more information on this subject).
