Little help to place an order via our online store...
You have different payment options to choose from : via PayPal or a bank transfer.
If you prefer to pay by cheque, contact us on before ordering online.
If you don’t wish to order online that’s fine, just contact us on so that we can take care of your order.

Go to the Climbing holds web page. There you’ll see a series of icons designed to help you choose the climbing holds best suited to your needs, whether it’s jugs, incuts, slopers, etc... Click on each icon to see the climbing holds available. Visit the 'About our products' web page to learn more about these icons.
When you have found THE range you’re after, add it to your basket. Choose the quantity and the colour you want. You will be automatically redirected to your basket. Here you can either choose to Continue to shop, which will take you back to the products page, or you can Continue with my order which will take you to Stage 2 – contact details. If you continue shopping, you can go back to your basket at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the page.
When you have selected your products, there is just one more thing to add before processing the order. If you have a promo code (from our website or sent to you by email), you enter it here in the field provided.
The total amount due for your order will then appear on the righthand side of your basket, excluding the delivery costs, which will be adapted at the Stage 2 of the basket, when you'll have specified the delivery address. Indeed, the delivery costs depends of the country where will be delivered the parcels.
Then, you will need to confirm whether you are a returning account holder and follow the order validation stages (addresses – delivery and invoice -, payment method, final confirmation ).
Once your order is validated and payment received, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. All you have to do now is wait for your package to be delivered…
