THERMOPLASTIC – ABS VTF
Our thermoplastic ABS Vacuum ThermoFormed (VTF) macros are produced in Canada in collaboration with Binary Climbing Holds, using recycled and fully recyclable plastic.
This manufacturing process results in holds that are lightweight, highly durable and extremely consistent in quality, while significantly reducing environmental impact compared to traditional materials.
ABS VTF allows great freedom in both design and finishing. The range is available in full texture, dual texture, transparent dual texture, as well as non-textured, making it possible to precisely adapt grip, readability and durability to the needs of commercial climbing gyms and competitions.
Currently, our 3 best-selling families are available in ABS VTF, with more shapes and families coming soon, further expanding route-setting possibilities.
